The Guam Power Authority continues to work on improving our services and products to you, our customer. One of our efforts to improve is our move to a new customer information system (CIS) that features online payments, prepaid services, visual energy usage and other features not available on our current system.
We will begin migrating over to our new CIS beginning 1 March 2015. As such, you will not be able to utilize the PayGPA web portal to make online residential utility payments for approximately two months. This particular feature will be temporarily off line as our new CIS is implemented.
As an alternative for consideration, we encourage you to make use of our Pay-by-Phone service @ 647-5787/88/89 which accepts credit card payments. Electric utility payments made through GPA Pay-by-Phone can be done Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. except on holidays and weekends.
After full CIS implementation, you will need to re register your account number(s) to make online residential utility payments once you receive your March billing statement. The March billing statement will also have the new ten digit account number assigned to your service address. This would also be an opportune time to update your contact information to include any changes to email accounts or addresses. Step by step instructions will be emailed to you for this re registration process and call center operators will be available via telephone to assist with this process if needed.
